I don’t know why I am awake at 4am. No caffeine. No impending deadline. It’s a little warm, but not uncomfortable. I just can’t get back to sleep.

I have started reading Leaving a Trace by Alexandra Johnson. It’s about keeping a journal or diary and how to go about mining it for finished pieces. This is probably the book I'll read on the plane. I think I'll find some pictures to link to and then go back to bed and read.
