The little cyborg & I have fallen for the elegant yet playful marketing of a new product bundle. The Beetle would have to be a convertible, of course.

The first week of school is behind me and the little cyborg’s first week begins Tuesday. I look forward to next weekend when we can finally settle into a regular schedule and rhythm. Re-entry from Norway has been difficult. Having two separate lives is one thing, but returning to lose our dearest doggie and Cyborg Daddy getting Lyme disease, well you can imagine...

Now that the Blogging site has launched and my classes are using it, I can decide what to add next. I have been getting all sorts of great links and examples of educational blogs via email and I plan to add those soon. My students are setting theirs up and working on their first posts which I will add this week. The next big addition will probably be a section on RSS, trackbacks, permalinks, etc., but it probably ain't gonna happen until the end of the semester...

This week the new books begin in earnest and the super juggling commences. Book contracts are a blessing and a curse – I am trying to focus on the blessing aspect, but the curse part hovers over me like a tropical depression...

And then there is the not small matter of my own art & research...
