We have been in Norway for almost a week now and we have still not completely made the time change. It has been rough this time. Staying awake for 30 hrs straight is not something that I do well. So, I am writing this at 8:44 am and my laptop says it is 2:44 am – this is why my brain feels like mush...

The weather has been like the most perfect Southern California Summer. A week of beach days so far. Cool evenings and that sun that never seems to set. The little cyborg can't understand why she has to go to bed when it is broad daylight. I try to explain that it is really 10 pm and way past her bed time, but it doesn't compute.

We haven't been into Drøbak, yet. We need to check out some movies and books from the library and get some stamps from the post office so I can begin writing post cards.

What I have seen so far:
Oslo Fjord Regatta
Sea Planes
Crab Catchers (a pole with fishing line and a clothes pin for a mussel or some kind of bait)

We will try our own home made crab catchers today. It is really just for fun - they are not eating crabs - just to play with and then put back in the water. I'll report on our success tomorrow.
